The HANNspree HS278PUB features an extensive array of connectivity and hardware interfaces with advanced connections to maximize usability. It provides seamless connectivity with your PC and AV equipment with HDMI and DP.
The HS278PUB offers a PIP (Picture In Picture) function which allows you to watch images from two different sources at the same time. One source device is displayed on the main screen while a second source device is displayed in a smaller inset window*
* The PIP function may not be available depending on the specifications of the graphics card used.
USB HUB allows user to conveniently connect their plug&play multimedia devices such as USB webcameras, storage devices, peripherals and many other accessories which have USB connection available.
NOTE that many devices like cameras and HDD may need to be powered On independently, as they have higher power requirements than the monitor USB HUB can provide

The HANNspree HS278PUB features Flicker-Free Technology that uses a smooth backlight system to prevent monitor flickering so that your can continuously enjoy a comfortable viewing experience.
This technology eliminates flickering at all brightness levels and reduces eye fatigue and other damaging effects to your eyes; an especially valuable feature when spending countless hours in front of the display working overtime, gaming for long hours or watching movies.
Most LCD Monitors use PWM (Pulse Width Modulation) to control brightness; the pulsing creates flicker that may cause discomfort, headaches and eye strain, especially in low-light environments. Flicker-Free Technology uses a smooth DC (Direct Current) backlight system.
The HS278PUB is equipped with stereo speakers, for clear audio that sounds like it’s coming from a high-end stereo system. The speakers deliver a true stereo effect for an enhanced listening experience, especially when displaying multimedia content during lessons, therefore removing the need for external speakers. With audio earphone output, users can connect an external headset to the monitors as well.
The HS278PUB mounts a non-glare screen reducing eye fatigue by reducing reflective light that otherwise makes the screen difficult to view.
Further to this also the bezel of the monitor is matt to prevent light reflection.
